Guilai Timer 提供倒计时、秒表、计次、预设、小组件和到点提醒功能。本政策适用于 iPhone、iPad、Mac 和 Apple Watch 版本。
一、设备上的数据
计时器名称、时长、预设、主题设置和秒表记录保存在设备上。应用与同一 App Group 内的小组件会共享实现计时功能所需的数据。秒表记录在本设备保存。
二、iCloud 同步
系统允许本应用使用 iCloud 时，计时器和预设会通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储在使用同一 Apple 账户的设备之间同步。该服务由 Apple 提供并按 Apple 的条款和隐私政策运行；同步可能存在延迟。我们不运营用于接收这些数据的自有服务器，也不会通过本应用将这些数据发送给广告或分析服务。
三、权限与系统功能
通知权限用于到点提醒。iPhone 和 iPad 还会请求系统闹钟权限，用于系统支持的到点提醒；拒绝权限不妨碍前台计时，但会限制提醒功能。系统允许时，锁屏、小组件和实时活动可能显示计时器名称和时间，请避免在名称中填写不希望出现在这些位置的信息。你可以在系统设置中调整相关权限。
四、跟踪与第三方服务
本应用不包含广告、第三方统计或跨应用跟踪功能，不要求注册应用账户，不出售个人数据。本应用没有主动获取位置、通讯录、照片、相机或麦克风的功能。
五、数据管理
你可以在应用中取消计时器、删除预设或复位秒表。计时器和预设的变更会在系统允许时同步到 iCloud。卸载应用可能移除本地数据，但不保证同时清除 iCloud 或其他设备上的副本。请通过 Apple 提供的 iCloud 设置管理云端数据。

如你主动向 team@guil.ai 发送邮件，我们会使用你提供的邮箱地址、问题描述及附件回复和处理支持请求。请勿发送密码、验证码或不必要的敏感信息。你可以通过该邮箱联系隐私事务或请求删除你向我们提供的支持资料。

如应用的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及相应商店隐私说明。

Privacy Policy
This policy covers Guilai Timer on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
Local data
Timer names, durations, presets, appearance settings and stopwatch records are stored on your device. The app and its extensions share timer data through the same App Group. Stopwatch records remain local to the device.
iCloud
Where permitted by your Apple account and system settings, timers and presets sync through Apple's iCloud key-value storage. Apple operates this service under its own terms and privacy policy. Sync may be delayed. We do not operate a server to receive this data or send it to advertising or analytics services.
System permissions and visibility
Notifications provide timer alerts. On supported iPhone and iPad systems, alarm permission enables system alarms. Denying permission limits alerts but does not prevent foreground timing. Timer names and times may appear in widgets, Live Activities and on the lock screen. Avoid including information you do not want displayed there. You can manage permissions in system settings.
No advertising or tracking
The app does not include ads, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking, require an app account, or sell personal data. It does not actively request location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
Managing data
You can cancel timers, delete presets and reset the stopwatch in the app. Timer and preset changes sync when allowed by the system. Uninstalling may remove local data but does not guarantee deletion of iCloud or other-device copies. Manage cloud data using Apple's iCloud settings.
Support and policy updates
If you email team@guil.ai, we use your email, message and attachments to answer your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact the same address for privacy questions or deletion of support information you supplied. We will update this policy and the store privacy information if our data handling changes.
