Guilai Cost Privacy Policy
Your Financial Data
Books, accounts and transactions are stored locally on your device. Guilai Cost does not upload your financial records to our servers or connect to your bank.
App lock protects access to the app. It does not encrypt exported JSON, Excel or CSV files. Encrypted backups use a separate backup passphrase that cannot be recovered.
Backups & Notifications
iCloud backup and book sharing are optional. Apple stores your backups and shared books in iCloud. Invited members can access shared book data according to their permissions. Stopping sharing ends future cloud access but does not erase copies already downloaded.
Automatic backups keep up to 10 versions in this app’s local storage. These local copies are removed if you delete the app. For protection against device loss, choose an iCloud Drive folder or export a backup to another location.
If you choose a cloud folder, Apple or the folder provider handles uploading and storage. A saved copy does not guarantee upload completion. Automatic backups run while the app is open. Automatic versions are not passphrase encrypted; protect access to your device and cloud account.
Notification permission is optional and is used for credit card reminders. Reminder messages do not include balances or account names.
Purchases & Data Control
Apple processes purchases. We do not receive your card details. You can export your books, delete records, or initialize a book in Book Settings. Initializing a book does not delete previously exported files or backup versions.
If you contact support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords or complete financial backups.

你的财务数据
账本、账户和交易保存在你的设备本地。归来手记不会将财务记录上传到我们的服务器，也不会连接你的银行。
应用锁用于保护 App 的访问，不会加密导出的 JSON、Excel 或 CSV 文件。加密备份使用独立的备份口令，遗忘后无法找回。
备份与通知
iCloud 备份和账本共享均为可选功能。Apple 将备份和共享账本保存在 iCloud，受邀成员可按其权限访问共享账本数据。停止共享会终止后续云端访问，但无法远程删除已下载的副本。
自动备份在 App 本地最多保留 10 个版本，删除 App 会同时移除这些本地副本。为避免设备丢失造成数据损失，请选择 iCloud 云盘文件夹或将备份导出到其他位置。
选择云端文件夹后，由 Apple 或文件夹服务商负责上传和存储。副本保存成功不代表已经上传完成。自动备份在 App 打开时运行，自动版本没有独立口令加密，请保护好设备和云端账户。
通知权限可选，仅用于信用卡提醒，通知内容不包含余额或账户名称。
购买与数据管理
购买由 Apple 处理，我们不会获取你的支付卡信息。你可以导出账本、删除记录，或在账本设置中初始化账本。初始化不会删除之前导出的文件或备份版本。
联系支持时，你的邮箱和主动提供的信息仅用于回复请求，请勿发送密码或完整财务备份。
